Top SchoolAngelo Cordon is an engineering manager with 11 years of experience leading product-focused teams and shipping front-end driven web applications across startups and enterprise environments. He has a track record of turning design-led ideas into measurable outcomes—most notably leading front-end work at Funderbolt that helped generate over $1.6M from 13,000+ donors—and has reduced user drop-off and engineering complexity in prior roles. Comfortable across Ruby on Rails, modern JavaScript (ES6/React) and SCSS, Angelo blends hands-on development with cross-functional collaboration among PMs, designers, and engineers to find pragmatic solutions. Now at IBM after senior engineering stints at HashiCorp and others, he brings both startup product sensibility and proven delivery practices to larger-scale systems. A former creative agency co-founder with a Media Arts and Animation background, he pairs visual thinking with engineering discipline to prototype fast and ship durable interfaces.
