Top SchoolAngga Arifandi is a mobile-first engineering leader and advisor with 11 years of experience building cross-platform products used by millions and guiding enterprise Flutter migrations at scale. As a Google Developer Expert in Flutter & Dart he speaks internationally, collaborates with the Flutter team, and has driven community growth across Europe and Asia. He co-founded and served as CTO of a mental-health startup that reached 30,000+ users, raised $100K+ in seed funding, and delivered HIPAA-compliant real-time video counseling across 20+ countries. His hands-on background ranges from launching a 1M+ download loyalty app to building complex productivity and SDK features for distributed teams, blending startup agility with enterprise-grade architecture. Based in the Randstad, he combines engineering craft (Flutter, Dart, Kotlin/Swift, Go, Django) with product and growth instincts, and is increasingly focused on applying AI to accelerate development. A less obvious strength is his track record of turning early Flutter experiments into production-grade systems and reusable open-source components that influenced mobile strategy in large organizations.
