Top SchoolAnirudh Cavale is a Principal Program Manager Lead at Microsoft with nine years of experience building scalable monitoring and incident management platforms for cloud services. He has deep expertise in Azure Monitor, enabling automatic scaling and metric integration across core services like SQL, Compute, and Storage to help customers analyze and optimize workload performance. Earlier roles include architecting unified incident management connectors and on-call rotation tooling used across Microsoft’s online services, as well as hands-on delivery from an Office 365 data center feature to enterprise migrations and supply-chain analytics. Anirudh blends product thinking with technical execution—designing integrations, authoring support documentation, and running customer onboarding and training. Based in Redmond, he pairs a Management Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo with practical automation skills developed across consulting, operations, and developer-facing platform work. A not-obvious strength is his track record of turning operational pain points into automated tools and workflows that improve service reliability and team productivity.
