Anita pairs hands-on engineering with mentoring—organising functional programming and Scala workshops that reached 200+ colleagues and tutoring algorithm courses at university. She champions testing, monitoring, pair programming and runbook-driven reliability, and has a history of creating internal training (C#, Docker) that accelerates team capability. Known for translating complex distributed-system requirements into practical, observable solutions, she brings both production rigor and a passion for giving back to the tech community.
