Top SchoolAnjan Debnath is a product-minded engineering leader with over a decade of experience turning fragile startups into stable, compliant businesses across Fintech, SaaS, and IoT. He specializes in translating C-level strategy into technical roadmaps, building the "machine that builds the machine"—from CI/CD and QA automation to microservices and data catalogs—to drive measurable ROI. At SOLshare he led cross-functional squads, cut mobile crash rates by >95%, improved NPS to over 30, and migrated large portions of the analytics stack to OpenMetadata to boost data quality. He treats governance as a business enabler, having architected ISO27001-, GDPR- and banking-aligned frameworks that unlocked enterprise partnerships. Equally comfortable in the codebase and the boardroom, Anjan combines hands-on technical chops (AWS, Python, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau) with a proven track record of operational resilience and product-led growth.
