As Senior Design Manager at Stratosphere Digital he built and stewarded the agency’s design system, mentored designers, and kept quality and delivery consistent across diverse client projects while remaining hands-on in product work. He led a full redesign and created the "Butterfly" design system at Maria Health to boost conversion and scale the product, and consults for independent developers like Jeurissen Software to professionalize operations and product direction. Equally comfortable as a freelancer and agency lead, he runs Sinilangan Studio and contributes to popular Android apps and browser extensions, blending practical product thinking with visual craft. Trained in communication and journalism, Anjo brings a user-first storytelling approach to UX and a knack for making complex interactions feel accessible and meaningful.
