Senior🎓
Top SchoolAnmol Nagpal is a seasoned software engineering manager with 11 years of experience leading teams that build platform systems, personalization engines, and high-availability services. Based in Santa Monica, he currently leads engineering at PlayStation after directing software development and delivering mission-critical security and credentialing systems for airports and public safety. He combines hands-on engineering (from Java, .NET, and SpringMVC to frontend frameworks and cloud-friendly architectures) with people-first management, mentoring teams of 6–11 and running effective sprint and QA processes. His track record includes replacing legacy access control systems, launching mobile screening tools used by TSA, and building data-intensive dashboards for LAX operations. Comfortable in both startup-like client projects and large vendor integrations, he also brings a playful DevOps spirit—“just an infected DevOps”—and a background in game and AR development from Carnegie Mellon that surfaces in creative problem-solving.
