Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAnn Zhou is a Lead Member of Technical Staff with over two decades of engineering experience and four years in senior leadership roles, currently driving platform and service delivery from Redmond. She has a deep track record at Microsoft and Salesforce building BI pipelines, online fraud protection, live-site alerting, and test-with-production frameworks that materially reduced revenue risk and sped issue resolution. Equally comfortable as an individual contributor and technical lead, she has led cross-functional re-architecture efforts, vendor-managed international projects, and SDET teams to ship high-quality releases. Ann’s work blends rigorous engineering (compiler optimization and performance benchmarking early in her career) with production-focused data quality tooling and monitoring at scale. She is noted for turning complex data and reliability challenges into practical, observable systems that keep monetization and advertising platforms healthy. Her background—B.E. from Shanghai Jiao Tong and an MCS from the University of New South Wales—reflects a global engineering perspective applied to high-stakes online services.
