Top SchoolАнна Белова is a UX lead and analyst with 8 years of experience designing data-driven product experiences for banking, startups and enterprise clients. At Alfa-Bank she built cross-functional processes for 70+ product teams, automated analytics with Python and LLMs to cut processing time from 14 to 2 days, and led a migration that restored customer VoC within eight weeks. She combines rigorous HCI training (ITMO University) and applied-mathematics thinking to create design systems, run WCAG audits, and translate large omnichannel feedback volumes into prioritized product work. As a former CTO-designer at a funded startup, she launched a design system, ran user testing that boosted completion rates by 40%, and helped secure partnerships and investment. Colleagues describe her strength as turning complex operational data and legacy systems into clear UX decisions that deliver measurable cost and satisfaction gains.
