Senior🎓
Top SchoolAnna Elwart is a serial entrepreneur and strategic operator with 11 years of experience building and scaling digital and service businesses from Warsaw. As a founder and former wartime CEO, she led EL Passion from crisis to record profitability and personally managed a successful M&A exit while preserving client continuity and nearly the entire team. She now co-runs Pixiu Financial, helping founders navigate Polish market entry and finance operations, and advises B2B service firms through Madokado. Known for asking the incisive questions that surface root problems, she combines practical process optimisation, product-led growth and hands-on deal execution. Comfortable at the intersection of strategy, operations and digital marketing, she’s equally at home coaching CEOs in confidential peer forums as she is negotiating commercial and talent outcomes. Outside work she values slow dinners and deep conversations—an indicator she prefers thoughtful, durable solutions over quick fixes.
