Senior🎓
Top SchoolAnna Holmgren is a seasoned backend developer based in Stockholm with over a decade of hands-on experience building high-throughput systems, REST APIs and developer tooling, primarily in Python. She has led teams and processes as a lead developer while remaining a troubleshooter at heart—excellent at reading unfamiliar code across languages to find bugs and optimization opportunities. Her work spans building CI/CD, logging/monitoring and deployment pipelines (CircleCI, Docker, Rancher, Jenkins, ELK/Grafana) as well as scaling ad-serving and reporting backends to billions of impressions. Anna prefers to stay focused on programming and automation, creating tools that speed development, improve observability and automate troubleshooting. A disciplined documenter and planner, she pairs practical engineering with strong process and decision-tracking skills, and has completed Advent of Code challenges every year from 2015–2022, revealing a persistent appetite for problem-solving.
