Top SchoolAnna Kurylo is a Senior Manager, Software Engineering with 11 years of experience building and scaling distributed teams and product platforms across outsourcing and enterprise contexts. Born in Ukraine and now based in Brno, she combines a strong engineering background with pragmatic process design that removes bureaucracy while protecting quality and customer value. At Red Hat she led cross-regional teams on Learning Platform and training products, driving migrations to modern front-end stacks and measurable performance improvements, and now continues that work at SentinelOne. She is a hands-on mentor through MentorCruise, actively hires and develops talent, and prioritizes psychological safety—embracing discomfort to resolve issues the team won’t tackle alone. Her practice balances delivery, technical debt management, and stakeholder alignment, with a knack for turning operational improvements into visible business impact.
