Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAnna V is a Staff Software Engineer with 10 years in senior and leadership roles and over two decades in web and UX-focused development, currently based in Madison, WI. She blends frontend specialization in React/TypeScript with a strong UX certification and a proven track record of creating accessible, consistent component libraries and improving developer experience across micro-frontend and module-federation architectures. Known for pragmatic cross-functional collaboration, she routinely bridges product, design, and engineering—running standups, mentoring, and shaping technical standards while contributing to accessibility audits, VPATs, and testing strategies. Comfortable as an embedded engineer or technical lead, she drives CI/CD, testing, and documentation to reduce inefficiency and raise long-term product health. Colleagues value her "girl scout" mentality: detail-oriented, usability-driven, and relentlessly focused on making systems easier for users and developers alike.
