Top SchoolAnna Vasilko is a senior software engineering manager with 11 years of experience leading high-performing teams and building developer-facing platforms. She spent a decade at Twilio where she helped grow and run Twilio Programmable Video—a comprehensive SDK, API, and diagnostics platform adopted by thousands of customers including Epic, Indeed, and Uber—and led an organization of 20 engineers while performing cross-BU director-level responsibilities. Now at dbt Labs, she combines deep product and platform experience with strong operational discipline in incident retrospectives, quarterly planning, and customer engagement. Her background spans hands-on engineering and testing roles at Google, Intuit, and HTC, giving her a strong foundation in quality and scalable systems. Trained in engineering with a master’s and later completing management coursework at Berkeley Haas, she brings both technical rigor and people-first leadership to complex, developer-centric products. An uncommon strength is her track record of translating low-level SDK and diagnostics work into widely adopted, production-grade platforms that drive enterprise adoption.
