Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAnne Birzin is a Senior Staff Product Designer based in New York with 6 years of focused experience designing enterprise-grade cloud and distributed SQL experiences at Cockroach Labs. She blends hands-on prototyping in code with product strategy, shipping features from navigation redesigns and observability tools to an AI assistant for query diagnosis (Agent Roach). Anne has rebuilt her team's design system in Figma using code-assisted tooling like Claude Code and the Figma MCP, and is one of the few designers at her company who designs directly in production console code. She thrives on ambiguous end-to-end problems, pairing design leadership and mentorship with continued individual contributor work across billing, security, and activation flows. Her background in visual communication design and earlier product roles at Squarespace and Percolate give her a strong mix of craft, systems thinking, and product-stage experience.
