Top SchoolAnshumali Sharma is a seasoned cloud and field engineering leader with 9+ years of experience driving large-scale cloud migrations, infrastructure, and media/entertainment VFX technologies across enterprise and telecom domains. Currently Manager of Field Engineering at Databricks after senior leadership roles at AWS, he blends hands-on technical depth with strategic customer-facing solutions and cost-conscious architectures. His background spans contact centers, telecom, software development and global cloud strategy, enabling him to translate business outcomes into pragmatic technical roadmaps. Known for diving into operational details when needed, he pairs that bias-for-action with a natural ability to connect with stakeholders and align teams around measurable goals. Based in Amsterdam, he brings cross-regional delivery experience from APJ to BENELUX and a track record of overcoming cultural and operational constraints to meet objectives. Beyond technical expertise, his real differentiator is combining empathy-driven leadership with a knack for finding the simplest path to complex business results.
