Top SchoolAnson Vandoren is a Staff Software Engineer and technical leader with a decade of cross-domain experience spanning U.S. Navy nuclear engineering, international field service for high-tech capital equipment, and software systems at Cribl. He combines deep hands-on expertise in hardware and software (Python, JavaScript, plus working knowledge of Go, Rust, C/C++ and SQL) with proven people leadership—running global support teams, training engineers, and delivering complex projects on tight timelines. His background operating and instructing in nuclear propulsion cultivated disciplined troubleshooting and clear communication under pressure, skills he applies to keep high-volume production tools and distributed software systems running smoothly. Comfortable across Windows, macOS, and Linux, he thrives at the intersection of systems design and team enablement, often translating low-level technical detail into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders. An avid tinkerer who designs and builds electronics in his spare time, Anson seeks fast-paced engineering management or senior individual-contributor roles where cross-functional coordination and technical breadth unlock novel solutions.
