Top SchoolAnt Kefeli is a Senior Software Engineer and tech lead based in Cambridge, MA with 7 years of professional experience designing and delivering full-stack web and desktop systems using Java/J2EE and modern front-end frameworks. He has driven customer-facing cloud networking products at Akamai and now leads engineering efforts at Google, combining backend expertise (Spring, Hibernate, Oracle) with front-end and UX sensibilities. Comfortable across the stack, Ant has hands-on experience automating pipelines and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS migrations) and building RESTful APIs and event monitors that bridge compute clusters and user workflows. A strong collaborator who translates requirements into scoped, documented solutions, he continuously seeks performance and efficiency gains and stays current with emerging methodologies. Notably, his early work includes building a production-grade reverse proxy load balancer and genome-processing automation, showing an ability to move from systems-level design to production automation.
