Top SchoolAnthony Ashton is a Senior DevOps Engineer with 11 years' experience building cloud-native infrastructure and automation for financial services and EV platforms, now focused on Real Time Payments at Mastercard. He combines a software-first background—spanning firmware and backend engineering—with hands-on platform work in AKS, ArgoCD/GitOps, Terraform and Kubernetes to deliver repeatable, testable delivery pipelines. As a consultant at Contino he designed API-driven platform services and introduced DevOps automation and process improvements across EMEA and APAC clients, and previously engineered embedded payment and real-time DSP systems. He favors pragmatic automation and product-minded engineering, turning manual workflows into platform features that other teams can consume. Based in London, he brings both low-level systems experience and cloud platform design to bridge hardware, firmware and scalable production services.
