Top SchoolAnthony Castrati is a senior software engineer with 13 years of experience building business-critical web applications, integrations with Active Directory, and database-backed services. He specializes in Java and a broad ecosystem of libraries (Hibernate, GWT, SAX/DOM, log4j) while also administering app servers (Tomcat, Apache) and source control workflows. His background includes developing clinical trial software at Merge/IBM and municipal systems—such as CC&B integrations and a custom Google Web Toolkit employee directory that interfaces with Active Directory and Oracle. Comfortable across front-end (HTML/CSS/JS/GWT) and back-end stacks, he also brings hands-on scripting experience in Python, Perl, PHP and low-level languages like C/C++. Based in Raleigh, NC, he combines steady operations experience with a curiosity for newer languages and frameworks, actively seeking to broaden his toolset beyond Java.
