Senior🎓
Top SchoolAnthony Harrington is a data-driven technology leader with nine years in credit risk and a deep research pedigree from a PhD in Computer Science, currently heading Realised Loss Data and LGD estimation at Nordea in Warsaw. He blends hands-on statistical modelling and ML with enterprise delivery, having built LGD, cure and collateral models and productionised risk-monitoring pipelines across digital banks and large financial institutions. Prior roles at Aion and Gartner demonstrate his ability to translate board-level strategy into repeatable modelling and IT implementations, while his academic work on distributed systems and IoT reflects strong analytical foundations. He is comfortable managing the intersection of modelling, IT implementation and business stakeholders, and has a track record of deploying automated monitoring and reporting that informs pricing and portfolio decisions. Notably, his career spans both research (Marie Curie and ERCIM fellowships) and practical product delivery, giving him uncommon fluency between theory and production risk systems.
