Summary
👤
SeniorAnthony Ngu is a senior software engineer and maker with 12 years of experience building games, mobile and web apps, and IoT products from prototype to production. Currently at The Pokémon Company International, he brings a unique blend of Unity/C# game development, iOS and web front-end expertise, and hardware tinkering with Arduino/Particle and Raspberry Pi. As CTO of BoxBox Studios he led a distributed team to ship a competitive card game on Steam, and at Microsoft he contributed to launching Teams and to Windows 10 IoT Core—including front-end improvements to the official IoT docs on GitHub. Passionate about rapid prototyping, he ships polished user experiences and custom electronics (recent projects include a Bluetooth-programmable LED mask and a bespoke home automation system). Based in Seattle, he combines product-focused engineering with a maker’s curiosity for photography, travel, and hands-on hardware design.
