Top SchoolAnthony West is a technical support specialist with four years of hands-on IT and field service experience across Los Angeles, combining CompTIA A+ training with practical skills in Active Directory, Azure, VMs, and hardware troubleshooting. He has maintained high uptime for critical systems while servicing 30+ ATM client sites and now supports enterprise customers at Maximum Controls. Comfortable in both Windows and macOS environments, Anthony pairs technical rigor with client-facing empathy honed from roles in audio engineering and financial advising. He thrives under pressure, independently resolving complex tickets and imaging machines, and is seeking to grow his IT career in fast-paced, service-driven teams.
