Senior🎓
Top SchoolAntoine De Rengervé is an engineering manager with 11 years of experience building and leading cross-functional software teams across AI, robotics, and full-stack product environments. He blends a strong research background (PhD-level work in neurocybernetics and robotics) with hands-on engineering in C/C++, Python, Ruby on Rails and React, enabling him to move smoothly between deep technical problems and high-level design. At talent.io he has managed engineering and product teams, stepped in as interim CTO, and introduced Continuous Discovery Habits to tighten product–engineering feedback loops. Known for hiring and reorganising teams under pressure, he pairs people-first leadership—trust, growth and clear direction—with pragmatic delivery: coding, scoping and on-call incident work when needed. He thrives on complex dynamic systems and is especially interested in leveraging AI to improve hiring workflows and candidate experience.
