Top SchoolAnton Drukh is a tech executive mentor and former VP Engineering who scaled Snyk’s R&D from a single hire to 150 people and helped the company grow to a multibillion-dollar valuation. Over the past five years he has run 1:1 coaching for 100+ CTOs and VPEs across the US, Europe, and Israel, compressing months of learning into actionable days using pattern recognition from repeated scaling challenges. He specializes in helping engineering leaders move from operator to strategic peer—designing operating models, clarifying when to coach versus restructure, and building accountable management layers. His background spans hands-on engineering, product and hardware program leadership, and military software leadership, giving him a rare mix of technical depth and organizational judgment. Based in Tel Aviv with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, he combines practical playbooks with candid, confidential feedback that clients rely on when stakes are highest. An uncommon asset is his experience hiring and building multiculture distributed teams under hypergrowth, plus the mistakes he's iterated into repeatable guidance.
