Senior🎓
Top SchoolAnton Gladyshev is a seasoned Database Administrator and cloud platform architect with 11 years of experience building internal PaaS solutions and managed database services across telecom, fintech, and banking. He specializes in turning legacy infrastructure into self-service developer platforms—having built a managed MySQL DBaaS, a Docker container engine, and a static hosting Pages-like service (Oblache) that mirrors early Heroku principles for internal teams. Notable achievements include automating over 10,000 database deployments for one of Eastern Europe’s largest banks and delivering PCI-DSS and telecom-grade reliability for production systems. His core tooling spans Python (Flask/FastAPI), Ansible/Puppet/Terraform, Kafka/RabbitMQ, OpenStack/VMWare, and multiple RDBMS/NoSQL engines. Equally comfortable shipping operational automation or designing developer-facing APIs and docs, he blends hands-on implementation with a product-minded approach to platform UX. Based in Limassol, Cyprus, he’s now seeking roles to lead or architect the next internal cloud or developer platform team.
