Top SchoolAnton Hryzodub is a Senior Software Development Engineer based in Vancouver with a 12-year software background and eight years of hands-on industry experience delivering scalable systems across cloud and high-throughput environments. He has a proven track record at Amazon and AWS of rescuing stalled products, cutting manual reconciliation work by over half, and shrinking testing feedback from minutes to seconds through pragmatic engineering and strong cross-team coordination. At DraftKings he paired performance tuning with tooling and culture changes to reduce latency dramatically and halve infrastructure needs, while earlier roles show deep expertise in DDD, CQRS, and cloud migrations. Comfortable shifting stacks (from .NET to Java) and adding protocols like WebSockets/SSE, he blends architectural vision with day-to-day delivery and mentorship. Notably, he accelerates teams by establishing clear phased delivery plans and operational SOPs that measurably improve MTTR and retention. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science focused on agile systems and robotics, bringing both academic rigor and practical efficiency to distributed systems challenges.
