Top SchoolAnton Jefcoate is a pragmatic, delivery-focused technology leader and current CTO with 12+ years of experience scaling large consumer platforms. He built and led global engineering organisations at Just Eat Takeaway, owning end-to-end product delivery, DevOps and platform strategy for systems serving roughly 250 million customers and a £1bn revenue business. Comfortable at the intersection of product, UX and business leadership, he drives API-first, microservices and event-driven architectures while keeping engineering teams focused on measurable outcomes. Known for being action-biased and empathetic, he has grown and managed teams of 500+ engineers across customer, restaurant, courier and internal tooling domains. At Lyst he now applies that operational rigor and strategic vision to a new CTO mandate, blending hands-on technical judgment with people-first leadership. Based in Stony Stratford, he pairs a practical .NET and distributed systems background with proven experience translating complex logistics tech into commercial value.
