Top SchoolAnton Kolesov is a software engineering manager with 14 years of experience specializing in processor toolchains, RTL validation, and debugger development for cutting-edge embedded architectures. He has led teams at Synopsys and Syntacore, delivering LLDB/VS Code debugger integrations, SystemVerilog generators, and test generators for RISC-V while aligning software releases tightly with hardware design and verification. Anton combines deep hardware-oriented technical expertise—using debugger insight to validate RTL and simulators—with strong process discipline to create auditable, improvable workflows across CI/CD, build systems, and IDE extensions. Comfortable switching between hands-on coding (Python, Bash, TCL, Eclipse/VS Code plugins) and managerial responsibilities, he’s known for tackling diverse tasks from kernel and RTL bug hunts to documentation and release orchestration. Based in Saint Petersburg, he pairs an MS in Computer Science with a persistent appetite for mastering microarchitecture details that benefit projects beyond their immediate scope.
