Top SchoolAnton Kosenko is a Senior Engineering Manager based in Limassol, Cyprus, with nine years of software experience and eight years of hands-on backend and mobile development. He has led and scaled distributed R&D organizations—managing 40+ engineers across multiple product lines—while driving both AI and non-AI feature delivery for cross-platform UI toolkits (WinForms, WPF, MAUI). Anton blends technical depth (formerly a .NET/Xamarin/MAUI developer) with strategic leadership, introducing the tribe’s first LLM integration API, AI chat, and Smart Paste features alongside accessibility and PDF viewer initiatives. He transformed teams from single-language to multicultural, English-speaking groups, pioneered international hiring in Eastern Europe, and maintained 100% retention of key talent during change. A pragmatic optimizer, he cut annual maintenance costs by 20% and boosted productivity through process improvements and Scrum adoption. His background in computational mathematics and early work on CAD automation and Revit add uncommon domain diversity to his product and platform expertise.
