Top SchoolAnton Lavrentev is a pragmatic engineering leader with 10 years of experience building high‑throughput backend systems and product teams, currently leading a unit at Yandex Messenger. He combines hands‑on Java/Python development, architecture design and testing discipline with frontline responsibilities like client communication, documentation and internal presentations. At Qiwi he led payment processing and merchant onboarding efforts—balancing core processing, frontend touches and no‑code orchestration (Camunda) while mentoring teammates and improving delivery processes.
