Top SchoolAnton Marfutin is an experienced IT leader with eight years in engineering and over a decade managing service operations, currently heading a direction at Sber where he drove large-scale hardware refresh, thin-client migration, and IT transformation programs across Russia. He combines strategic planning and hands-on delivery—building IT standards, running budgets, and managing vendor relationships—while leading and scaling teams of engineers to meet SLA/TLA targets. Anton has deep practice in service design, incident and contract management, and centralizing replacement processes for distributed environments, plus proven ability to launch systems and Service Desk functions from scratch. Technically grounded as a C# developer with a systems-design background from MIEM HSE, he uniquely blends architecture, process optimization and organizational change to align IT operations tightly with business goals.
