Top SchoolAnton Matusenco is an IT consultant and full stack engineer with eight years of hands-on experience building cloud-native, ML-enabled, and web applications across fintech, healthcare, government, and NGOs. He pairs a strong security mindset—shaped by two decades of cybersecurity strategy and program leadership in governance, risk, and compliance—with day-to-day coding in Python, FastAPI, AWS, PostgreSQL and modern frontend stacks. Anton has shipped tooling for LLM-powered knowledge access at Klarna, developed cloud infrastructure management and NLP analytics platforms, and led several startup CTO roles where he combined product thinking with ops-level implementation. Comfortable moving between architecture, implementation, and client-facing strategy, he helps organizations turn regulatory and security requirements into scalable software. Based in Chișinău, he blends formal social research training with practical CS education, a combination that sharpens his user- and data-focused approach to system design. Known for taking on discontinued experimental projects like conversational legal advisors and crypto services, he brings curiosity and a bias toward prototype-driven learning.
