Senior🎓
Top SchoolAnton Mikhailenko is a Senior Android Developer with 9 years of experience, focused on building high-performance real-time chat systems and modern Android architectures using Kotlin, Coroutines/Flow, MVVM/MVI, and Jetpack Compose. He has end-to-end ownership experience—leading a small team, defining product requirements with stakeholders, and establishing CI/CD, testing, and observability practices that improved reliability and incident response. At Guavapay he optimized chat performance (cold open from 1.12s to 0.64s, frame times from 22ms to 12ms), increased code reuse, and accelerated feature delivery by moving from Views to Compose. Previously at Tinkoff he drove reliability improvements—cutting error detection from days to hours and raising crash-free sessions to 99.6%—and introduced custom linting and robust testing to boost code quality. He’s comfortable shipping across the stack for mobile products (from custom UI components and pagination to analytics and crash reporting) and has a track record of turning legacy apps into maintainable, observable systems. Based in Thailand, he blends hands-on engineering with practical leadership and a knack for squeezing measurable performance gains from complex client apps.
