Top SchoolAnton Morozov is a Mobile QA Team Lead with 11 years in software quality, currently leading a mobile QA team at Yandex 360 where he built automation-first processes that cut regression time by over 40% and sped releases by 25%. He progressed from manual QA to automation engineer, self-teaching Python, XCUITest and Appium to create CI-integrated test suites and proactive monitoring tools that detect process violations. A pragmatic people developer, Anton has a track record of hiring and mentoring engineers — including turning non-IT interns into autonomous mid-level QA professionals. He combines hands-on test architecture with a "push, not pull" data philosophy, designing dashboards and metrics so critical insights surface to leadership automatically. Based in Tomsk Oblast, he excels at scaling QA practices across product teams while keeping a keen eye on practical automation that saves day-to-day effort.
