Senior🎓
Top SchoolAnton Nikitin is a senior software engineer based in St. Petersburg with a decade of experience specializing in radio access networks and 5G physical layer development. He has a strong track record at Nokia and YADRO delivering test-driven, production-quality solutions—from implementing mobile station PHY components that exposed base station bugs to building test automation environments that enabled early-stage TDD. Anton excels at bridging deep technical knowledge with customer-focused delivery, having halved feature delivery cycles for major carriers through close collaboration and pragmatic trade-offs. He is experienced in profiling, optimization, hardware-software integration, and leading on-site system testing across large multi-site projects. A pragmatic engineer who prefers proving correctness through testing, he also brings an uncommon mix of hands-on low-level protocol work and tooling that improves team velocity and code quality.
