Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolAnton Pendiur is a game-focused technology leader with eight years of professional experience and a deep academic foundation in computer science from the National Technical University of Ukraine. As CTO at Friends Games Incubator since 2019, he has guided product and engineering strategy for game projects while drawing on prior senior and CTO roles at OMNIGAMES, Aratog, and Patriotic Games. Passionate about game development (as his GitHub bio bluntly states), he blends hands-on engineering sensibilities with leadership in small to mid-sized studios, shipping playable experiences and mentoring teams. Based in Ukraine, Anton is comfortable navigating the full lifecycle of game development from prototyping to production and scaling studio processes. A less obvious strength is his long continuity in leadership roles starting early in his career, which suggests strong operational instincts alongside technical craft.
