Top SchoolAntoni Mleczko is a pragmatic software engineer with nine years of experience building backend systems and cloud-integrated services, currently focused on high-throughput Go-based authentication and IDP infrastructure serving millions of daily users. He has a strong background in video platform engineering, cloud integrations (GCP, AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, Oracle), and full-stack work with Django, Angular, and React Native from earlier roles. Comfortable across the stack, Antoni combines production-grade system design with hands-on implementation and testing discipline. A quick learner who seeks challenges and avoids mediocrity, he pairs curiosity with a preference for thoughtfully stepping back from recruiters until actively job-hunting. Unusually, he’s fascinated by tensegrity—reflecting an appreciation for elegant, balanced engineering solutions.
