Top SchoolAntonia Antonova is a research-focused engineering manager and hands-on technologist in San Francisco with nine years of experience building cloud infrastructure, AI-powered systems, and end-to-end production pipelines. She has led data and engineering teams across civic, healthcare, and enterprise settings—from real-time election forecasting pipelines to ML-driven customer service products—bridging technical delivery with operational reliability. At Ash Wellness she combined architecture and team leadership to take projects from prototype to production, and she now pursues research at the California Institute for Machine Consciousness, signaling a shift toward deeper inquiry at the intersection of AI and cognition. Her background in philosophy and contemplative studies informs a rare ability to map conceptual frameworks to technical design decisions, yielding pragmatic yet thoughtful solutions. Colleagues describe her as a pragmatic integrator who moves quickly from research insight to deployable systems while coaching teams to scale.
