Senior🎓
Top SchoolAntonino Abbate is an infrastructure and security leader with nearly two decades of hands-on experience across network operations, IT operations, and cloud engineering, now serving as Infrastructure Manager at Ali Lavoro. A pragmatic entrepreneur, he founded THE I in 2018 to deliver security, DevOps and infrastructure consultancy, and in 2021 launched Onlytech Industries to build blockchain products including Onlymusix, Europe’s first NFT marketplace for music. He combines a technician’s depth—implementing IDS, monitoring stacks, ELK, PCI-DSS processes and Azure migrations—with founder-level product thinking around reliability, cost optimization and compliance. Active in open-source, he contributed backend and DevOps fixes to the well-known etsy/opsweekly project, improving alerting integrations and database schemas. Antonino leads by empowerment rather than hierarchy, likening his role to a conductor who assembles high-skill teams to produce durable technical “symphonies.” He’s fluent in turning complex, regulated environments into maintainable, secure and cost-effective platforms.
