Top SchoolAntonio Caballero is a tech lead and hands-on CTO with 8 years of experience building cloud-native, AI-enabled SaaS platforms from MVP to multi-team organizations. Based in Barcelona, he grew Deale’s engineering function from one to twelve people while designing its frontend, backend and data architectures on AWS and leading hiring, OKRs and career development. He previously prototyped Deale as a solo founder-engineer using serverless Python/JS microservices and has co-founded a food-tech SaaS that applies AI to predict supply and demand for sustainable local production. As an AWS Authorized Instructor and certified solutions architect, he teaches Architecting on AWS to enterprise teams and negotiates strategic partnerships with AWS and Google Cloud. His background in GNSS research and signal processing at UAB and ESA projects gives him uncommon expertise in rigorous systems testing and data-driven algorithm design. Practical, product-focused and comfortable from firmware-level testing to executive roadmaps, he blends deep technical craft with operational leadership.
