Antonio Gallego is a software developer based in Madrid with 11 years of hands-on experience building web applications and data-driven tools, specializing in Python and JavaScript frameworks like Django, FastAPI, Flask and Vue.js. He blends data science and engineering expertise from roles at Hello Auto and BeSoccer with dashboarding experience using R Shiny, making him comfortable across analytics pipelines and production services. Antonio has a track record of shipping scraping, automation and integration solutions for companies in insurance, legal claims and sports data, and currently contributes to product development at Insurea. Colleagues value his clear communication and flexible working style, and he brings a pragmatic, network-oriented mindset—reflected in his GitHub note "A network guy automating things"—that favors automation and operational efficiency. A father of two and occasional piano player, he pairs technical focus with steady collaboration and user-centered thinking.

Here's a link to a very good explanation about the Erlangs, and a few Python routines I put together one evening to compute traffic intensity, agent occupancy, probability of waiting, average speed of answer (ASA), service level, agents needed and other Erlang-C related stuff. I'm not an expert on this at all, just needed to validate some data and the calculators I came across didn't suit me (or I just didn't know how to use them) http://www.mitan.co.uk/erlang/elgcmath.htm
