Top SchoolAntonio Souza is an entrepreneurial technology leader with 17+ years building and scaling digital financial products, best known for co-founding Vizir and conceiving Vizir Bank—a B2B2C white-label digital banking platform that reached over 1 million active users and was acquired by Questrade. He blends hands-on software architecture and engineering management with product and business strategy, delivering end-to-end banking features from accounts to credit cards and payments. At Questrade he led digital banking engineering through post-acquisition integration and platform maturation. Antonio favors pragmatic technical excellence across open and proprietary stacks, focusing on scalability, high availability and customer-impacting bottlenecks. Now on sabbatical in São Paulo, he brings a rare combination of operator grit, multilingual product deployment experience, and a track record of turning regulatory and operational complexity into commercially deployable software.
