Top SchoolAntony Belov is a product-minded tech lead and engineering manager based in Amsterdam with over a decade of experience building and scaling high-load web systems, primarily at Semrush. He owns architecture, technical strategy, and product-level backlogs for a complex Technical SEO platform composed of 10+ services, and has scaled his team from 6 to 15+ engineers while driving observability, performance monitoring, and AI tool adoption. Equally comfortable in hands-on roles, he has a background in frontend and full-stack development, low-level network tooling, and proprietary algorithm prototyping, which informs pragmatic decisions across DevOps, UX, and capacity planning. He mentors engineers, conducts hiring and technical interviews, and has supported company-wide migrations by curating integration guides and adoption practices. With dual master's training in networking and software engineering, he brings a rare mix of protocol-level knowledge and product-focused delivery.
