Top SchoolAnurag Ganji is a Software Engineer II with about five years of experience building high-performance, scalable web applications and backend systems, currently based in Hyderabad. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Cal State Fullerton and has delivered measurable improvements—designing Kafka and Redis architectures that boosted throughput by 40% and cut latency by 60%, and migrating services to Spring Boot to halve memory overhead. At Emagia he implemented a unified payments stack (Stripe, scheduled/recurring flows) and a standalone OAuth microservice, while prior roles at Lenskart and OpenText focused on Kafka-driven order processing and test automation that markedly improved reliability. Comfortable across the full stack (Angular, Spring Boot, MySQL) and in distributed systems design, he combines hands-on coding with system-level thinking to reduce operational load and speed responses. An under-the-radar strength is his pattern of turning caching and messaging platforms into shared infrastructure (Redis + Kafka) that simplifies services and yields outsized performance gains.
