Senior🎓
Top SchoolAnurag Srivastava is an impact-driven Senior Software Engineer with 8 years of experience building high-performance, scalable mobile applications across fintech and enterprise domains. He specializes in React Native, TypeScript, system design, and multithreaded architectures, and has repeatedly improved transaction reliability and UI performance at scale—most notably re-architecting payment systems handling ₹10,000 Cr+ TPV/month to boost success rates and cut interaction times. His work blends hands-on engineering with architectural leadership: modularizing large codebases, engineering smart API syncers, and integrating dynamic gateway selection to reduce backend overhead and transaction latency. He’s driven measurable product outcomes (faster renders, lower error rates, reduced crash rates) while mentoring teams, owning projects end-to-end, and streamlining developer workflows with component libraries and Storybook. Based in Bengaluru, he pairs a practical systems mindset with a curious, entropy-fighting approach to code quality and long-term maintainability.
