Summary
👤
SeniorAraf Mustavi is a seasoned tech product manager and business analyst with eight years of experience turning AI and analytics from pilot projects into regional standards across BAT’s APMEA markets. He specializes in bridging enterprise AI strategy with operational realities—shaping governance, reuse-driven portfolios, and decision aids that have consolidated dozens of use cases into a single AIML playbook and measurable financial outcomes. His work spans manufacturing, supply chain and agri tech, delivering platforms from AI-enabled quality controls and leaf-grading classifiers to VR training and shopfloor learning systems that scaled into regional or global standards. Araf pairs hands-on product delivery (leading developer teams and multi-country rollouts) with stakeholder readiness, cost-ownership analytics, and Azure/cloud alignment to accelerate adoption. He also teaches and mentors in data science and MLOps, designing curricula and labs that reflect real-world deployment patterns, which helps non-technical leaders engage confidently with AI without writing code. Based in Malang, Indonesia, he’s known for making complex AI practical, repeatable and financially transparent across diverse markets.
