Senior🎓
Top SchoolArbo Von Monkiewitsch is a seasoned engineering leader and founder with 16 years of experience building reliable, scalable systems and leading large cross-functional teams at companies like SoundCloud, Snap (via Fit Analytics), and Vinted. After rebuilding SRE and infrastructure teams and guiding engineering organizations through growth, acquisitions, and scaling bottlenecks, he now co-founded fluado to explore practical, mobile-first AI experiences. His strengths span high-availability backend engineering, DevOps/SRE, and engineering management—having hired and coached engineering managers and navigated complex transitions including due diligence and layoffs. Based in Berlin with a Master's in Computer Science, he pairs deep technical roots (from early backend and infrastructure roles) with pragmatic product-focused leadership. An unassuming throughline of his career is turning mission-critical reliability work into healthier, high-performing teams that can move fast.
