Senior🎓
Top SchoolArchie Isdiningrat is a solutions architect and engineering leader with 11 years of experience architecting cloud-native, event-driven systems and leading cross-functional teams across Indonesia’s fintech and travel sectors. He blends hands-on development (Node.js, Go, Kafka, Kubernetes) with operational rigor—designing migrations between cloud providers, implementing observability and DLQ patterns, and running zero-downtime AWS moves using CDC. At Rey.id he built the company’s data foundation, introduced analytics engineering with dbt, and led both backend and data teams; at CIMB Niaga he now focuses on enterprise integration across IBM middleware and banking channels. Known for pragmatic frameworks and developer tooling (internal Node framework, Pub/Sub sync tools), he favors reproducible, GitOps-driven platforms that reduce cognitive load for teams. Based in Jakarta, he pairs technical depth with people-first leadership, regularly turning complex legacy constraints into maintainable, measurable systems.
