Senior🎓
Top SchoolAri Kardasis is a technical lead and seasoned founder with 14 years of experience building product-grade software, teams, and companies across gaming, crypto, and cloud platforms. He combines hands-on front-end craft—shaping visual polish, responsiveness and “jiggle and pop” in high‑engagement apps—with backend architecture and infrastructure design. Ari has led engineering orgs from startup scrappy teams to 30+ staff and raised funding as a CTO/founder, and has navigated roles at AWS and fast‑moving startups where rapid iteration and product learning were paramount. His background in architecture and computational design (MIT, Princeton, Brown) informs a pragmatic aesthetic sensibility that shows up in UX, incentive systems, and performance tuning. Notably, he shipped a #1 iOS game with 30M+ downloads and built a crypto exchange proof‑of‑concept that scaled into a funded company, demonstrating both product intuition and technical stewardship. Based in New York, he blends entrepreneurial breadth with deep attention to code quality and user experience.
